Lease Renewal for Landlord: Fixed fee of 8.5% of average yearly rent achieved.
Lease Renewal for Tenant: Fixed fee of 7% of initial passing rent with an Incentive fee of 20% of any negotiated reduction in rent from quoting yearly rent.
Please note our minimum fee is £2,500. VAT is applicable.
