A client involved in healthcare instructed us to assist them in finding larger offices to accommodate their growing team, a space in the region of 2,500 to 3,000 sq. ft within the Bicester area.  They wanted the new office to house their design team, create excellent client meeting spaces, plus an open plan office environment.  We are delighted to have found them the perfect space on a 10 year FRI lease with a 5 year break option and just a short distance from Bicester Village train station and shops.  In addition, we negotiated a competitive rental with excellent extra concessions.  They kindly posted this on Google:
