RETAIL REQUIREMENT – 4,000 to 6,000sq/ft (minimum sales 3,000sq/ft)

Gray point has been instructed by a National Charity to acquire retail properties of 4,000sq/ft to 6,000sq/ft within the South East, South West, Home counties and Greater London.

  • The properties must be leasehold and have a rent below £80,000 per annum.
  • Prominent locations on either Secondary shopping centres, Retail parks, Arterial Roadside and High streets.
  • Must have good vehicular access to the rear of property.
  • Preferably accessible ground floor retail.
  • Fitted out units preferred but not essential.
  • Good servicing with some parking or at least nearby.

  • Location: Covent garden, Soho, Piccadilly, The Strand.
  • Lease: direct lease, sub lease or assignment.
  • Condition: modern open plan refurbished space or Shell (depending on lease term).
  • Essentials: Air conditioning, well managed building with ground floor manned reception.
  • Move in date : Jan 2017 or before. Terms to be agreed by Aug 2016.
